The policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once a resource has been delivered. However, if a verified issue is caused directly by our script and we are unable to resolve it, we’ll work with you toward a fair solution.
Tebex Limited is our Merchant of Record, which means they handle billing, taxes, and platform-level disputes. By default, Tebex transactions are final. We may work with you toward a fair solution (refund, replacement, or credit) when all of the following are true:
- The issue originates in our code, not your setup.
- We have engaged with you and confirmed we cannot resolve the issue.
- The script provably does not work as advertised.
What we can't refund
The list below is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to decline any refund request, for any reason. Common ineligible scenarios include:
- Resources already transferred to another Cfx.re account after purchase.
- Purchases we cannot verify on our side.
- User error: wrong account, accidental purchase, double-buy, buyer’s remorse.
- Refusal to engage with our support process or follow recommended fixes.
When we do issue a refund, treat it as a goodwill gesture and not a guarantee. It is offered to demonstrate confidence in what we sell, not to invite repeated requests.
Subscriptions
Subscription packages are not refundable for any reason. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges immediately and revokes access at the end of your current billing period. If you want to dispute a subscription charge directly, contact Tebex.
Going through Tebex
If you would rather skip our process and raise a dispute directly with Tebex, that is your right. Note that Tebex’s own policy does not refund digital goods at the platform level, so escalating there does not generally improve the outcome. Their form is here:
