Terms of Sale

What you buy from this site is a non-transferable license to use a script, not the script itself. The transaction is between you and Tebex Limited, our Merchant of Record. Tebex holds the exclusive right to sell Nexus Studio products, and every digital item is licensed to a single Cfx.re account: the one used at checkout.

What that license does not let you do:

• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the resource.
• Mirror, share, or upload it to a public site or repository.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute it in whole or in part.

Breaking these rules ends your license immediately. The offending Cfx.re account will also be reported to the platform, which can result in a ban beyond our store.

When you proceed to checkout you are using Tebex Checkout, operated by Tebex Limited. Completing a purchase means you also agree to the Tebex Terms & Conditions. The headline points:

• All digital items are licensed, not sold.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share what you buy.
• Transactions are final unless local consumer law says otherwise. Tebex does not issue refunds at the platform level.
• A platform ban after delivery does not entitle you to a refund.
• You must be at least 16 years old to purchase.
• EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal that ends as soon as you start downloading the content.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history.

Support runs through our Discord. To open a ticket you need the Customer role:

• If you logged in with Discord at checkout, the role is granted automatically within minutes.
• Otherwise, run /claim in #✅-claim-roles, or open a ticket and our team will verify your purchase manually.

Support is available seven days a week to verified customers. Leaked, stolen, or resold copies are not eligible for support. Lifetime support requires staying in the Discord server.

We have zero tolerance for abuse directed at our team. Disrespect, harassment, or sustained rudeness can result in timeouts, support being refused, ticket bans, or in serious cases a permanent server ban. We respond to constructive feedback fast and will go out of our way to help. We also expect basic respect in return.
