Please check the documentation first — most issues are answered there. If you still need help, a few things that let us move faster:

  • Your Cfx.re forum username (the email account isn't enough — Tebex licenses are tied to your Cfx ID).
  • Server build version (e.g. 7290+).
  • Your framework: QBCore / ESX Legacy / QBox / Standalone.
  • The exact error from server console or F8 console — screenshots welcome.
  • What you tried before opening the ticket. We move faster when we know what's already ruled out.
